Terms of Service
Last Updated: 09/16/2026
Welcome to Cannoli Society. These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using our website and booking our Cannoli Bar and Roaming Cannoli Experience.
“Cannoli Society,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to [legal business name, doing business as Cannoli Society]. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organization using our website or booking our services.
1. Our Services
Cannoli Society provides cannoli catering for weddings, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and other events through our stationary Cannoli Bar and Roaming Cannoli Experience.
Your written booking agreement will identify your selected experience, menu, quantities or guest count, service duration, staffing, pricing, and any additional services. Offerings are subject to availability.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not reserve your event date. A booking is confirmed when we provide written confirmation after receiving your accepted booking agreement and any required deposit.
You are responsible for providing accurate event details, including the date, venue, guest count, service timing, and an on-site contact. Anyone booking on behalf of an organization must have authority to enter into the agreement.
These terms will be provided or linked for your acceptance during booking. If your signed booking agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls for that event, subject to applicable law.
3. Pricing & Payment
Your proposal or booking agreement will outline the price, required deposit, payment deadlines, applicable taxes, and any travel, parking, staffing, or other charges.
Deposit refundability and any cancellation fees will be disclosed before you book. Additional services or charges require your approval in writing.
If a payment is overdue, we may suspend preparations or cancel services after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the overdue balance, as described in your booking agreement.
4. Event Changes
Please submit requests to change your date, location, guest count, menu, or service time in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing. Your booking agreement will state the deadline for final event details and quantities. Reductions after that deadline may not reduce the agreed price if supplies, staffing, or preparation have already been committed.
Additional guests or extended service can be accommodated only when staffing, inventory, and scheduling allow.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to hello@cannolisociety.com.
The cancellation deadlines, refundable amounts, and any rescheduling fees stated in your accepted booking agreement apply. Moving an event to a new date is subject to availability and written confirmation.
If Cannoli Society cancels for reasons within our control, we will refund payments for services we do not provide.
6. Venue Access & Service Conditions
You are responsible for coordinating venue approval and providing the access and space requirements communicated before booking. These may include loading access, parking, a suitable setup area, and any agreed power or other facilities.
The Cannoli Bar requires a stable, level service area. The Roaming Cannoli Experience requires clear pathways and sufficient room for staff and equipment to move safely among guests.
Outdoor events must have appropriate protection from weather and conditions that could affect food safety. Any required backup location will be agreed upon before the event.
If access delays or unsafe conditions affect service, we will work with you or your venue contact to find a reasonable solution. We may pause or stop service when necessary to protect guests, staff, equipment, or food safety. Any resulting timing or payment adjustments will follow your booking agreement and applicable law.
7. Menu & Availability
Your confirmed menu will be listed in your booking agreement. Website photographs and descriptions illustrate our offerings; handmade products and event presentations may vary.
If an ingredient or menu item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to agree on a suitable substitution or an adjustment for the affected item. We will communicate any resulting changes to allergen information.
8. Food Allergies & Dietary Requests
Please tell us about food allergies and dietary requirements when booking and before finalizing your menu.
Cannoli and toppings may contain allergens, including milk, wheat, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, or sesame, depending on the selections. Contact us for ingredient and allergen information for your specific menu.
Cross-contact may occur during ingredient production, preparation, transport, or service. We cannot guarantee that an item is free from a particular allergen unless we expressly confirm that assurance in writing.
Please share relevant dietary information with your guests and encourage anyone with an allergy to speak with our team before consuming our products. This section does not limit our food-safety obligations or any rights provided by law.
9. Service Quantities & Leftovers
Service is limited to the quantities and duration included in your booking. A guest-count estimate does not mean unlimited servings unless expressly stated in your agreement.
For any leftovers we make available, we will provide appropriate storage and handling instructions. Please follow those instructions promptly, including refrigeration requirements. Food that can no longer be safely served or stored may need to be discarded.
10. Equipment & Guest Conduct
Our displays, carts, utensils, and other equipment remain Cannoli Society’s property unless otherwise agreed.
Please do not move or operate our equipment without permission. Any responsibility for documented damage beyond ordinary wear will be determined under your booking agreement and applicable law.
We may suspend service if threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior places our team or others at risk.
11. Events Beyond Our Control
Severe weather, government restrictions, venue closures, and other circumstances beyond either party’s reasonable control may prevent an event from proceeding.
The affected party should notify the other promptly. We will work with you to assess rescheduling or other reasonable options. The treatment of payments and documented, nonrecoverable costs will follow your booking agreement and applicable law.
12. Website Content & Use
Website content owned by Cannoli Society—including our branding, original text, and photography—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Please obtain permission before reproducing it for commercial use.
You may not misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent inquiries.
We aim to keep website information accurate, but availability and pricing may change. Your confirmed booking agreement establishes the services and price for your event.
13. Questions & Concerns
If you have a concern about your booking or service, please contact us promptly so we can work toward a resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new “Last Updated” date.
Updates apply prospectively. Changes to an existing confirmed booking require mutual written agreement, except where required by law.
